24/7 Critical Incident Analyst & Response Lead

You will perform real-time monitoring and support incident declaration, ensuring stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle. The ideal candidate will also assist with root-cause analysis, documentation, and proactive remediation of technical deficiencies.
