Shipping Clerk

Job Summary: This job focuses on managing shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and handling customer inquiries, while requiring customer service experience, basic computer skills, and availability for training and flexible shifts. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM Key Responsibilities: Trace, track, and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery. Input orders accurately into the system. Coordinate and route shipments efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates. Requirements: Customer service and industrial experience is a MUST. Basic computer proficiency Must be available for training during standard business hours. After training, flexibility for night and weekend shifts.
