Behind the bar, classic Italian aperitivo and amaro culture meet modern technique, with thoughtful interpretations of both classic and contemporary cocktails. The result is a bar program that feels distinctly Babbo: classic, playful, deeply Italian, and unmistakably New York. Now Hiring: An enthusiastic and skilled Bartender with a passion for Italian spirits, cocktails, wine, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and warmth to every guest interaction — crafting drinks with finesse while delivering genuine, thoughtful hospitality. This position offers a comprehensive package including:

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant/bar
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, Italian spirits, and amari
- Experience with classic cocktails and modern mixology techniques
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar while delivering prompt, friendly service
- Familiarity with POS systems
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
