We are seeking a Die‑Cutter Operator for the 2nd shift. What’s in it for you? Benefits are effective on the first day with no waiting period. Responsibilities Set up and operate the finishing die cutter. Perform rewind/inspection work and inspect all products as rewound off presses. Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria. Package finished products according to supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria. Assist in the set‑up of finishing equipment. Monitor the daily ship list and communicate with the Production Manager regarding progress or problems. Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in daily work. Maintain a positive, professional attitude. Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Work the 2nd shift: Monday‑Thursday 2:00 pm – 12:30 am. Qualifications Attention to detail with a value for quality. Experience or comfort in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with or comfort operating small machinery. Self‑motivated and able to work well independently. Ability to work efficiently and accurately. Good communication skills and a desire to help the team succeed.
