Senior Project Manager (Construction)

Job Title: Senior Project Manager 
Job Location:  St. Louis, MO
Salary: $150k-$190k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k Match + Benefits + PTO
Requirements:  Experience as Construction Project Manager + experience ground up commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, or related projects

This is a full time/permanent position with a top General Contractor primarily focused on ground-up projects related to Commercial, industrial, and healthcare. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Senior Project Managers and Project Manager. They have a strong backlog of work and a lot of growth moving forward.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead Project Management efforts including planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
• Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
• Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans

What You Need for this Position

• 8+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager 
• Experience on Ground-Up Projects for Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, or related projects 
• Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
