Customer Service Representative

Tiger Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical Services has been serving homeowners for nearly 30 yearsand we've been voted one of the Best Places to Work in IL for 7 years in a row. We're growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

What You'll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service needs
• Schedule appointments and provide service information
• Build rapport and deliver excellent customer service
• Make outbound calls for scheduling and maintenance
• Promote services and memberships
• Update customer information and notes in the system

What We're Looking For:

• Customer service, call center, or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with computers and typing
• Detail-oriented and dependable
