What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a busy ER setting
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, delivering appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records using EPIC system
- Respond to emergency situations with prompt and professional action
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and state regulations
What You Need:
- Required:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana (or eligible to obtain)
- Current ACLS, BLS, CPI, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts and handle high-pressure situations
- Preferred:
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently
