Be one of the first to apply — offer rates tend to be higher at this stage Description American Traveler is seeking an ER RN for a night shift assignment requiring 2 years of experience and a valid LA or compact RN license. Details General Emergency Department serving combined adult and pediatric patients Patient ratio of 1:3 Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00-7:30 Every other weekend coverage required Epic charting system required Charge experience preferred Requirements Active LA or Compact RN license required at time of consideration Minimum 2 years of ER experience required Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, PALS Epic charting experience required Community hospital experience preferred Skills required: IV therapy/phlebotomy, arterial line management, blood product administration, central line care/management, starting and maintaining IVs, medication administration, continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, and procedural sedation administration/monitoring Experience with neurological cases including CVA required Experience with shock/trauma cases including gunshot wounds, head injury, and near drowning preferred Cardiac monitoring experience including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias required Experience with isolation precautions/PPE and triage required At least two recent manager references required Additional Information Provide emergency care across a combined adult and pediatric patient population, including trauma, cardiac, neurological, and orthopedic cases Responsible for triage and emergency response including management of dysrhythmias Teal scrubs required First time travelers accepted Locals within 75 miles accepted at local rate Permanent staff must be separated from the health system for at least 1 year before being eligible for travel positions Pay Overview $1,913/wk Assignment Total (13 Weeks) $24,872 Annual Equivalent (52 Weeks) $99,489 Weekly Breakdown Weekly Wages $648/wk Regular Hours $18.00 x 36 hours/wk = $648 Weekly Stipends $1,265/wk Lodging $112.75 x 7 days = $789 Meals & Incidentals $68.00 x 7 days = $476 In compliance with state pay transparency laws, we disclose that the estimated weekly pay range for this role is $1,722 - $1,913.
