IT Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to support technology and service acquisitions within an Indirect Sourcing organization. This role will partner with IT and business stakeholders to manage sourcing initiatives, vendor relationships, procurement activities, and contract negotiations while supporting enterprise technology projects. Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and technology vendors. Support IT initiatives by understanding procurement requirements and sourcing strategies. Manage the RFI/RFP process, including coordinating requirements, schedules, evaluations, and results. Manage IT hardware and software procurement requests and issue purchase orders. Obtain quotes, evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and recommend sourcing solutions. Review purchase orders for coding, pricing, and accuracy. Process invoices and communicate order status with internal customers. Assist with the development and review of Statements of Work (SOWs). Support contract negotiations, supplier onboarding, and vendor relationship management. Track supplier performance, identify cost savings opportunities, and support continuous process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant procurement experience. Minimum of 2 years of contract negotiation experience, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Experience supporting IT procurement, indirect sourcing, or strategic sourcing initiatives. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams. Experience building and maintaining strong internal and external business relationships. Basic understanding of organizational accounting and procurement processes. Preferred Qualifications Experience with indirect sourcing or IT procurement. Experience using procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or GEP .
