Job Summary Collaborate with clients to transform their business through disruptive innovation enablement, modernizing systems, processes, and products to enhance business and customer‑facing platforms. Responsibilities Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing. Support clients in modernizing systems, processes, and products to enhance business and customer‑facing platforms and services. Deliver high‑quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience. Assess current technology environment and industry trends and provide recommendations. Manage and motivate teams of professionals, monitor progress, and consistently deliver quality client services. Maintain long‑term client relationships and networks; cultivate business development opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field with 5 years progressive post‑bac work experience, or Master’s degree with 4 years work experience. At least 4 years of technology software development experience. Minimum 3 years Java 1.7+ experience. 3+ years experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Apache Spark, Hibernate, ORM). 3+ years designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs. 3+ years hands‑on experience building cloud native and microservices architecture (IaaS, PaaS, containers). 3+ years experience with modern collaborative development tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines). 3+ years experience working in Agile and TDD environment. 3+ years delivering digital projects and products using appropriate agile methodology. 3+ years designing and architecting large business‑critical systems. 3+ years experience with at least one of: Akka/Scala, Kafka/RabbitMQ, AngularJS/React JS, ElasticSearch, Hadoop/Spark/Flume, Mongo/Cassandra/NoSQL, RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, etc.), Docker/Kubernetes. 2+ years managing a team of backend engineers.
