Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Job Description Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer responsible for meeting merchandising needs of customers, building relationships, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more. Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays. Conduct in‑store visits according to Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores. Order product via iPad Tablet to ensure shelf and display in‑stock conditions. Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained using Mondelēz guidelines. Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Who is a good fit? At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license for the state of residence. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Positive, professional, self‑motivated, capable of working independently. Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations; mileage reimbursed. Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs. Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus. Live within 25‑35 miles of the primary location (Liberty, MO) or secondary locations (Excelsior Springs, MO; Kearney, MO). Schedule availability: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, starting 7‑8 am. Salary and Benefits Hourly compensation rate of $17.50. 401(k) Savings Plan.
