Materials Manager

As a Materials Manager here at Solstice, you will be accountable for overseeing and ensuring the success of the materials management process and team. Your primary objective will include optimizing supply chain efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of materials to facilitate our production schedules,and ensuring on time delivery of finished goods to our customers. You will use your guidance and management skills, deep insight of inventory management systems, and a strategic approach to sourcing and procurement. You will report directly to our Sr Chemical Plant Ops Manager and you'll work out of our Muskegon, MI location on an ONSITE work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's bottom line by reducing operational expenses and ensuring a constant flow of materials for production. Your proactive approach to materials and warehouse management contributes significantly to meeting production deadlines, enhancing overall business resilience, and customer satisfaction.
