This isn't just a receptionist role; we are looking for a bilingual insurance powerhouse who understands the nuances of dental billing and can provide our patients with clear, confident guidance regarding their care. TitleDental receptionist / admin
Job DescriptionInsurance Mastery: Manage all aspects of dental insurance, including verification, claim submission, and follow-ups across all PPO and HMO plan types.
Expert Billing: Oversee complex billing procedures, ensuring accuracy in patient ledgers and timely collection of co-pays.
Bilingual Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for both English and Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring clear communication regarding treatments and finances.
Patient Coordination: Manage a high-volume schedule across six days of operation, optimizing chair time and minimizing gaps.
Administrative Leadership: Maintain the flow of the front office, providing a professional first impression and resolving patient inquiries efficiently.
Salary Rangepart-time $22 - $26 per hour

Shift & ScheduleWe offer flexibility with both Part-time and Full-time options available.
Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
RequirementsExperience: A minimum of 3 years of dental front office or insurance coordination experience is strictly required.
Language Skills: Full fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role.
Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of all dental insurance types and standard dental billing procedures.
Professionalism: Strong multitasking abilities and a patient-centered approach to administrative tasks.
