Our immersive 24–36 month Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to help you rise into high-impact leadership roles-whether that’s becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator, joining Corporate staff, Corporate LDP, or a long-term Noblitt Hospitality leader. You won’t walk this journey alone. You’ll receive one-on-one coaching from both a certified leadership coach and the Operator himself, serving alongside seasoned Directors and gaining hands-on experience across every area of the business. Pay range and compensation package Starting Pay: $22/hour with a clear growth plan to $25/hour in 6 months. Overtime: Earn 1.5x your hourly rate for overtime hours. Meals: Enjoy 2 free meals per day (up to 5 times a week) -and your spouse gets 5 free meals each week too.
