Norlee Group, Inc., - Commercial Division, Naples, FL area, is looking for a highly motivated Electrical Foreman in the area to join our team. This role requires a very specific background. Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate strong hands-on experience in all phases of commercial construction. We are currently offering a competitive salary, and company vehicle (once MVR has cleared) for this full-time position, Monday through Friday. Commercial Experience is a MUST, we need a strong leader. You’ll be a great fit if Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and repair of buildings or other structures. Be able to operate various types of equipment, as well as to read, cross-reference, and explain blueprints to co-workers. It will be necessary to manage a crew of electricians and be responsible for meeting a demanding job schedule. Communication skills to convey information to others effectively, including follow safety rules and adhering to company policies. Ability to successfully organize, plan and prioritize work. Must have NEC code knowledge, Journeyman preferable. Must have your own hand tools. Must have proficient in Microsoft Office. Requires a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test.
