As the General Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing our team to drive business growth and success, while achieving operational excellence. Responsibilities Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow in a team setting. Manage and mentor staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction Monitor financial performance and budgeting Manage Customer Service Experience from a retail environment. Requirements 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the floor installation industry (other installation industry experience is helpful).
