- Serve as a dynamic spokesperson and thought leader, advocating for affordable housing solutions and community development.
- Ensure unified, compelling messaging across all communications and promotional channels to inspire donors and stakeholders.
Who you are:
- CFRE certification preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive fundraising leadership experience, including major gifts and multi-year campaigns.
- 4+ years of executive-level management experience in nonprofit development, marketing, or philanthropy.
- Demonstrated success in securing transformational 5-7 figure gifts and building lasting donor relationships.
- Expertise in corporate partnerships, grant development, and planned giving strategies.
