Position Summary
The Senior Executive Assistant is a trusted partner to Brandon Dawson, CEO and Co-Founder of Cardone Ventures, serving as the operational backbone of the Executive Office. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support — it requires someone who thinks strategically, communicates with precision, and operates with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. You will be the connective tissue between the executive team and the broader organization, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks and that the CEO is always positioned to lead at his highest level.
This role includes direct ownership of the CEO's personal and household operations alongside his professional calendar and communications. Objectives
Executive & Calendar Management
- Own and manage the CEO calendar, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing based on organizational goals
- Serve as a decisive gatekeeper for meeting requests — approving, declining, or redirecting based on executive priorities, not just availability
- Manage complex domestic and international travel logistics from end to end, including itineraries, contingencies, and expense reporting
Personal & Household Operations
- Manage the CEO's personal and household operations including house manager oversight, vendor communications, and project tracking
- Handle personal assistant duties including personal scheduling, supply ordering, errands, and ad hoc requests
- Ensure all personal and professional expense reporting is completed accurately and on time
Meeting & Project Support
- Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and presentations that allow executives to walk into every room ready
- Take clear, structured notes during executive meetings; own action item tracking and follow-through across stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as a professional, personable, and credible representative of the CEO, and Cardone Ventures in all interactions — internal and external
- Serve as a communication bridge across departments and leadership levels, proactively surfacing what needs executive attention and keeping projects moving
- Build genuine, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders that reflect the standards of the Executive Office
Systems, Processes & Operations
- Maintain organized, up-to-date digital files, databases, and project records
- Write, document, and continuously improve processes for your own scope of responsibilities
- Monitor executive inboxes and communications, flagging priority items and drafting responses as needed
Who This Role Is Not For
- Not for you if personal support feels beneath you. This role includes household management, personal errands, and vendor coordination for the CEO. It is a core responsibility, not a footnote.
- Not for you if you need rigid 9–5 boundaries. This role requires genuine flexibility — evenings, weekends, and travel on short notice when the business demands it. It is not constant, but it is real.
- Not for you if you wait to be told what to do. The CEO needs a partner who operates independently, thinks three steps ahead, and takes ownership without being asked.
- Not for you if high-intensity environments stress you out. Cardone Ventures moves fast. The Executive Office moves faster. You need to thrive in that, not just tolerate it.

- Builds and improves processes that create consistency and scale across the Executive Office
- Communicates clearly and concisely across all levels; ensures the right people have the right information at the right time
- Handles sensitive personal and professional information with complete maturity and confidentiality
- Seamlessly shifts between strategic projects and personal support tasks; stays composed when priorities change quickly
- Applies rigorous prioritization and urgency awareness to protect the executive's time and attention
- Proficient in productivity tools and presentation software, with the ability to build and maintain organized digital systems
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Founder, CEO, or C-suite executive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience with personal and household support for an executive
- Must possess a valid/active driver's license and a functioning vehicle
- This role requires genuine flexibility including evenings, weekends, and travel on short notice when the business demands it
