AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
Weekends: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

PAY & BENEFITS
Rates start at $18 - $19 per hour based on work experience; We do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours)

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
• Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication : An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability - Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
