This team supports customers, wholesalers and distributors in US, Canada and all foreign affiliates for the animal health business units.**Responsibilities*** **Expertly manage the full cycle of a high-volume, demanding, and non-automated order service operation**, from precise processing and allocation to final fulfillment, acting as the ultimate execution expert.* **Act as the critical hub**, collaborating intensely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to translate customer priorities into flawless, on-time service delivery.* Strategically manage and expand pivotal relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and veterinary providers.* Direct 3PL logistics partners to ensure seamless import/export documentation, shipping details, and reliable tracking of orders to the final destination.* Maintain unwavering compliance with FDA, DEA, USDA, and other critical pharmaceutical/animal health regulatory requirements.* Establish the accountability framework by tracking and monitoring critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service metrics.* **Spearhead talent management**—leading, coaching, and mentoring staff to build a high-performing, resilient team culture.* **Serve as the primary, decisive escalation point** for complex customer order inquiries and critical supply issues, providing resolution and immediate action.* Champion continuous operational improvement through process enhancements and technology adoption across the order management function.**Skills*** **Execution Mastery:** Proven ability to master and execute multiple, high-priority initiatives concurrently, thriving in a high-volume environment that requires precision and consistent follow-through (the ability to "herd cats").* **Decisive Leadership & Talent Development:** High-impact leadership with a demonstrated passion for talent management, coaching, and building a cohesive, top-tier service team.* Customer-focused mindset with a track record of resolving complex supply chain and order challenges under pressure.* Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, adept at navigating and influencing cross-functional business functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.) to achieve unified service goals.* Strong focus on problem-solving, decision-making, and driving continuous improvement.* Bachelor’s Degree* 10 years of Order Management/customer services with 5 years of managerial responsibility* Pharmaceutical human or animal health experience preferredVirbac provides numerous career opportunities, thanks to the diversity of its jobs and their international dimension.Joining Virbac means joining dynamic teams ambitious for success.Add Your Talent to Ours![](blob: / 2:34### Get in touch!Introduce yourself to our recruiters and we'll get in touch if there's a role that seems like a good match! #J-18808-Ljbffr
