Pays an additional $1-$3/hour shift premium . Maintenance Technicians.

Only Looking for 2nd (3pm-11pm), and 3rd (11pm-7am) Shift Maintenance Technicians.

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience working on automation metal coating processing equipment. . This position does not require CNC experience but does involve strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with electrical systems (e.g. change electrical motors) .

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on automated coating lines and fastener coatings processing machinery.

· Carry out PM inspections on coating machinery , ensuring safe and reliable operation.

· Troubleshoot equipment issues , including diagnosing problems with proximity sensors , motors , and electrical components .

· Conduct mechanical repairs and support overall equipment reliability.

· Assist in maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures.

· Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

· Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance in manufacturing environments .

· Ability to check and replace proximity sensors, belts, electrical motors .

· Knowledge of basic electrical troubleshooting (no programming required).

· Understanding of preventive maintenance on automated coating equipment. .

· Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role is ideal for a technician with solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys keeping automation equipment running efficiently.
