Donor Services Specialist

AAO seeks a Donor Engagement Specialist to plan, implement, and manage an annual giving program to secure philanthropic support for the AAO Foundation. Focus on individual donors with gifts up to $5,000, strengthening relationships and improving retention. The role emphasizes donor communications, segmentation, and collaboration with staff, with travel for annual conferences and events.
