Summary Provide elevated beverage service in RH's Greenwich restaurant, delivering refined cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with attention to quality and presentation. Guide guests through beverage selections and ensure a warm, hospitality-driven experience that aligns with RH standards. Support seamless service flow and contribute to the overall guest experience within the Design Gallery environment. Responsibilities Prepare and present cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee following RH recipes and service standards. Engage guests with informed recommendations, pairings, and seasonal offerings. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and curation of the bar, storage, and service areas. Stock, replenish, and rotate inventory including bottles, mixers, glassware, and garnishes. Support service flow by anticipating needs, clearing items, and working collaboratively with the team. Partner with location leadership on beverage inventory and contribute to service and financial goals. Requirements 2+ years of experience in beverage production or service, with knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktails. Legal authorization to work in the United States and meeting the minimum legal age to serve alcohol. Commitment to professional presentation, adherence to uniform and grooming standards. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as required. Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, stooping, and navigating busy service areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
