Remote Senior Principal IP Counsel: Lead M&A & Litigation
MiniMed Group
MiniMed is seeking a Senior Principal IP Counsel to provide strategic IP advice across mergers & acquisitions, litigation, licensing, and IP agreements. You will collaborate with R&D and business teams to align IP strategies with company objectives, lead high-stakes disputes, and guide patent portfolio monetization while managing budgets and outside counsel.
The role requires a JD from a top-tier school, 8+ years in IP law, and strong communication skills to influence leadership.
