Create individualized treatment plans targeting both immediate objectives and comprehensive communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.

Deliver dedicated one-on-one speech therapy focusing on language, voice, fluency, and swallowing rehabilitation.

Engage with an interdisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and family members, to design cohesive care strategies.

Educate patients and their families to nurture continuity of progress in between therapy sessions.

Contribute to inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions when necessary, ensuring seamless care throughout the entire therapeutic journey.

Maintain precise and prompt documentation that meets state, federal, and organizational standards.

Commit to ongoing professional development through continuing education opportunities and collaboration with peers.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

State licensure required for practicing as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred candidates will hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of joining.

Thorough understanding and application of evidence-based treatment methodologies for all ages, including developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communication skills with patients, their families, and interprofessional care teams.

Adeptness in modifying therapy interventions to accommodate diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
