Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager professional to join our family at Westminster Apartments in Greenwood, IN. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and some Saturdays 10am-4pm with one day off (comp day) during the week. 

Compensation, Benefits & Perks!

- $18.00-$20.00/ HR
- Eligible for Monarchs Renewal Commission Structure (average commissions for this property range between $10,000-15,000 per year! Up to $100 per renewal/ new lease)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
-Ensures tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible (Commissions paid)
-Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
-Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable (Commissions Paid)
-Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, and at its greatest effect

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
· 2+ years' experience in multifamily housing 
· Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry 
software, YARDI preferred
· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, a drug screening, and a credit check.

Valid driver’s license required.
