Senior Manager of HR Finance role supporting DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson's planned orthopaedics separation). Reports to Head of HR for Finance and Legal Functions, providing strategic financial and people strategy partnership to drive workforce outcomes aligned with business priorities across multiple U.S. locations.

Responsibilities

Lead people engagement and talent strategy for the Finance organization globally
Partner with functional leadership teams on talent outcomes, succession planning, and capability building
Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic staffing initiatives
Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership on organization design and talent strategy
Monitor external market trends and translate insights into forward-looking HR strategies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
6-8 years progressive HR experience including business partnering and enterprise talent strategies
Exceptional written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior leaders
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with business acumen
Demonstrated presence, judgment, and discretion advising on sensitive organizational matters
Ability to synthesize talent data, business strategy, and workforce trends into recommendations
