1st Shift | Full-Time | $55,000 - $75,000 annually depending on experience

We are currently looking for a Commercialization & Project Management Specialist to join our team.
WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Commercialization & Project Management Specialist (CPMS) you will execute commercialization projects from award through production launch by coordinating activities, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
This role is responsible for keeping projects moving, stakeholders informed and launches on schedule.
In this role, you will:
1. Own Project Execution
- Manage assigned projects from kickoff through launch
- Maintain project schedules and action-item trackers
- Coordinate project deliverables between departments
- Ensure milestones are completed on time
Translation: Own the day-to-day execution.
2. Coordinate Customer Commercialization Requirements
- Manage customer specifications and approvals
- Track artwork, packaging, formula, and documentation requirements
- Coordinate customer communications throughout commercialization
- Support customer onboarding and launch activities
Translation: Keep customer requirements organized and moving.
3. Lead Project Meetings and Communication
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings
- Document decisions, risks, and action items
- Provide project status updates to stakeholders
- Maintain project visibility across departments
Translation: Make sure everyone knows what's next.
4. Track Risks and Escalate Issues
- Identify project roadblocks
- Monitor schedule risks
- Escalate issues to management when necessary
- Support development of corrective actions
Translation: Raise the flag before something goes wrong.
5. Maintain Project Documentation
- Manage project files and records
- Update project timelines and reports
- Ensure documentation accuracy
- Support stage-gate compliance requirements
Translation: Keep the details organized so nothing gets lost.
6. Support Production Readiness
- Track raw material, packaging, and manufacturing readiness
- Coordinate launch preparation activities
- Verify completion of required tasks before launch
- Support first production runs
Translation: Make sure launch day is actually ready.
7. Support Process Improvement Efforts
- Recommend process improvements
- Assist with new project management tools and systems
- Capture lessons learned from completed projects
- Help improve commercialization workflows
Translation: Help the team get better with every project.

Department: Sales
Reports To: Commercialization & Project Management Manager
Shift: 1st Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time /
Pay: Commensurate with experience, with an annual salary range of $55,000–$75,000.
Overtime: This is an exempt position and is not eligible for overtime.
Travel: Minimal
