As the referral center for the Inland Empire, we offer comprehensive care for women facing complex obstetric and gynecologic issues. With over 4,000 babies delivered annually , our faculty collaborates closely with specialists in the region's largest NICU, integrating pediatric surgery, cardiology, and other specialties to provide tailored multidisciplinary care for each family.

Through our partnership with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we deliver essential OBGYN services to underserved individuals and families. This collaboration underscores our commitment to addressing health disparities and providing compassionate care to the most vulnerable members of our community.

Faculty members have the option to choose reduced work schedules with proportional salary adjustments or pursue additional productivity to enhance their earnings. Our manageable call structure includes capped 24-hour shifts and post-call recovery days. Compensation and Benefits

The expected starting base salary ranges from $330,000 to $390,000 , adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. Additional variable compensation for exceeding productivity benchmarks is paid semi-annually. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
