Territory Business Manager, Outpatient Care (Boise, ID Territory)

Baxter seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Boise, Idaho-based outpatient care region covering Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Southeast Washington. The role involves building customer relationships, selling Welch Allyn medical equipment and monitoring products to clinics and ambulatory surgery centers, and partnering with distributors to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and urgent care facilities to promote and sell medical monitoring and assessment products
• Partner with distributor representatives to provide training, motivation, and supervision for product sales
• Demonstrate, sell, and service medical equipment to physicians and staff
• Develop and refine sales plans and forecasts for target market opportunities
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase company and product visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
• 3+ years outside sales experience, medical device preferred
• Proven medical sales through distribution channels
• Experience selling medical equipment with connectivity desirable
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Compensation: $70,400-$96,800 base annually, plus sales incentive compensation
