ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES
Able to complete all phases of residential remodeling Performs skilled wood construction and alteration work tasks on buildings including framing, trim carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, roofing, flooring, tilework, etc. Performs wood construction framing tasks which includes finish wood and laminate trim work, caulking and office furniture construction. Excellent ability to organize and manage other sub-contractors Operates and uses a variety of tools and equipment in the construction, alteration, and repair of buildings and facilities projects. Cleans work site areas. Performs related duties as required. QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS
General knowledge of the standard practices, methods, tools and materials of the general building construction trades. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade. Ability to perform technical finish skill work to the building construction trades. Ability to perform a variety of manual work in all weather conditions. Ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, crouch and kneel. Ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials/equipment that may weigh up to forty five (45) pounds.
