CCR Beverage Solutions in Weatherford, Texas, United States is looking for a field service technician to keep commercial coffee equipment running for cafes, hotels, and hospitality businesses across the South‑Central and Pacific Northwest United States. About this position Great coffee starts long before the first shot pulls. It starts with a machine that's been properly serviced, accurately diagnosed, and carefully maintained. That's where we come in — and where you come in. We need someone handy, curious, and clear‑headed under pressure, comfortable working hands‑on with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general repair tasks. Your day in the field You will run two to three service calls per day at commercial accounts. The work is hands‑on and technical: Using a multimeter to measure voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity Reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams to isolate faults Identifying outlet types and plumbing thread sizes, building adapters when necessary Disassembling and reassembling components with precision and care Pulling part numbers from diagrams and manufacturer documentation Writing detailed, professional service notes with accurate findings — no errors, no slang Tracking time and managing digital tickets through ServiceTitan Walking customers through findings in plain language Tasting coffee post‑repair to confirm correct operation Requirements Some experience with hands‑on repair work is required — electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or general project work around the house. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to lift 75 lbs, reliable smartphone, secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx and UPS, and basic vehicle confidence are required. No formal credentials needed, but you must operate a multimeter before day one. Support and resources Scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, and inventory are managed by a dedicated team. You will assist with parts receiving and inventory counts. Once training is complete you’ll receive a company vehicle and start each day from home—no daily office visits.
