Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - Evening/Night Full-Time

Role: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a Level IV ER setting. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes using evidence-based practices. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, communicate clearly with patients and families, and support a respectful, inclusive environment. Participate in performance improvement, research, and resource management initiatives. Serve as a mentor or preceptor to foster professional growth and ensure a qualified workforce. Uphold organizational policies, safety standards, and ethical practices in line with regulatory requirements. Contribute to protocol development and strive for optimal patient care outcomes across the care continuum. Qualifications & Skills: Must have an active RN license (single state or multi-state compact). Require certifications in BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS upon hire. Preferred educational background includes a Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing. Experience with direct patient care and clinical competency assessments is desired. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to respond decisively in fast-paced and emergency situations. Proficiency with healthcare technology and basic computer skills are also required. Key Duties Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a high-acuity ER environment.
