Zalat Pizza is hiring! 

We make pizza worth caring about—and we’re looking for people who feel the same.

Our Pizza Makers, also known as Zealots, make pizzas, prep ingredients, stock, clean, and help hand off orders to customers and delivery drivers. No restaurant experience is required, though previous food service experience is a plus.

What matters most is that you show up, work hard, treat people well, and care about making a great product.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and consistently punctual
• Access to dependable transportation
• Friendly, coachable, and team-oriented
• Detail-focused and proud of your work
• Comfortable working in a busy, hot kitchen
• Able to work at least some evenings, late nights, and weekends
• Must be able to stand for 6–10 hours, bend, reach, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base pay starting from $12/hour to $14/hour based on experience
• Shared tips averaging an additional $1.50–$4.00/hour
