Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, property‑related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting conditions that could impact daily operations. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with badge or sign‑in procedures when applicable, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or access control issues to the appropriate contact. Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, communicating professionally with occupants and guests, and following post orders related to the location. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
