Key Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license (required)
• Educational Specialist I or II Certificate (required)
• Willingness to work in Carbon or Lehigh County as assigned
• Availability for a school-day schedule, up to 35 hours per week
• Experience working with pediatric, school-based, or special education populations
• Confidence in supporting students with a range of disabilities and support needs
• Ability to attend an in-person interview

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and address students’ occupational therapy needs in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff for holistic student support
• Develop individualized intervention strategies to enhance students’ participation in educational activities
• Document progress, maintain records, and communicate updates to the multidisciplinary team
• Flexibly adapt to assignment locations and schedules per the school’s requirements
