About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to serve as its Chief Executive Officer and ensure the integration of its founding charism into the institution's fabric. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding the mission and vision of the University, particularly in the context of the challenging higher education landscape. This role involves securing the financial base of the University, supporting enrollment initiatives, and maintaining the relevance of course offerings. The President will also be tasked with recruiting and retaining outstanding faculty and staff, fostering a vibrant campus community, and differentiating the University's programs, particularly in the adult and doctoral education sectors. Applicants for the President position at the company should be practicing Catholics who uphold the teachings of the Church and have a deep respect for the charism of the IHM Sisters. A terminal degree is required, along with a strong background in higher education and a proven track record in financial and business management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a change agent, and a servant leader with a collaborative and transparent communication style. They should be data-driven, and decision-makers, and have the ability to inspire and engage with the University community. The role demands a leader with a caring, outgoing personality, who is accessible and has a strong presence both on campus and in the wider community.
