About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy & Solutions Officer to play a pivotal role in the evolution of community development finance. This senior executive will be at the forefront of a transformative period, where the demand for expanded access to capital in various critical areas is met with rapid changes in capital markets, technology, and institutional expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise strategy function, guiding the development and execution of a focused and measurable enterprise agenda, and driving the creation of innovative solutions that address the dynamic needs of the industry and the communities it serves. Key responsibilities for the EVP include leading in the domains of enterprise strategy, innovation, strategic partnerships, data-informed decision-making, and impact measurement. The role demands a strategic leader who can build new platforms, foster stronger partnerships, and enhance institutional capabilities to support the next generation of community development finance. The EVP will also serve as a principal strategic advisor to the CEO, providing independent judgment and market intelligence to support consequential institutional decisions. Direct executive leadership of the Innovation and Impact teams is a critical aspect of the position, ensuring that the company's work is evidence-based, and that its impact is effectively measured and communicated.
