Radiology Technologist Dayshift

Position Overview Corewell Health is offering a full‑time Diagnostic Radiology technologist position at Royal Oak Hospital, Royal Oak, MI. This role provides accurate diagnostic imaging in all areas of general radiology under supervision, applying radiation protection principles and contributing to patient‑centered care. Shift & Schedule Day shift work; scheduled hours 7a.m.–5:30p.m. (alternative time slots 9a.m.–10:30p.m. or 8:15a.m.–6:45p.m.). Weekly 40 hours, variable weekend frequency (every third weekend). Sign‑On Opportunity Up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus for external hires and new graduates. Responsibilities Perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology. Demonstrate good clinical skills and provide high‑quality images for interpretation. Apply radiation protection principles and comply with regulations. Assume responsibility for the designated area and provide clinical instruction as appropriate. Follow Corewell Health philosophy of Patient & Family Centered Care at all times. Qualifications Graduated from a JRCERT accredited radiography program. Registered with the American Registry for Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a CRT or Radiologic Technologist within 180 days of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or ARC) upon hire. Valid Michigan license if required for the position.
