• n\n What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: \n \n \nAs a McLane CDL-A Delivery Driver, you'll safely deliver products that keep America's restaurants, retailers, and convenience stores stocked and running every day.\n \n- Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.\n \n- Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.\n \n- Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.\n \n- Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.\n \n- Unload trailer, delivering products into customer premises.\n \n- Other duties as assigned.\n \n Qualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate: \n \n

* At least 21 years of age \n * Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A) \n * At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience \n * Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications \n * This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
