Title: Supply Chain Associate Pay Rate - $32.00/hr on W2! Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Duration: 12 months contract to begin with Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens or Perm Residents Hybrid: Onsite 1 or 2 days a week, Working hours: 7 AM - 4 PM or 8:00 - 5:00 PM Description Development Supply Chain (DSC) is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of products, process knowledge and technology solutions to enable Client's accelerated product commercialization. DSC serves as a launch site to enable speed to market for the company's innovative products and biosimilars. DSC arranges and ensures the product needed for Client's clinical trials is available globally. DSC serves patients around the globe and ensures investigational product is at the clinics for patients to receive their dose on time. The Global Study Planning (GSP) team is responsible for forecasting and planning the inventory in centralized warehouse and local hospitals. The planners apply several demand management and supply planning processes and assumptions in a regulated environment to ensure product supply to patients. The role The Global Study Planner (GSP) in the support office helps the global planning team members ensure supply to patients every time. During the length of the clinical trial, the study planner is responsible for monitoring inventory at central locations and hospitals while minimizing product waste. The support office planner executes several complex activities to support the study planners in planning and supplying patients based on inventory levels and enrollment. The support office works in a global team and ensures coverage for study planners during business hours. The support office is the backbone of the department. Day to Day Responsibilities Ensure all work is completed with minimal disruption and in compliance with all cGMP guidelines and Client procedures. Apply standard Supply Chain and MRP planning principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Support running reports to enable Global Study Planners' critical activities to maintain supply. Support initiatives to improve business processes, reporting, and metrics. Under minimal supervision, perform work successfully completing operational objectives and improving existing systems and processes within scope of responsibility. Identify opportunities and provide key potential solutions that will provide automation, advanced analytics, and insights to support strategic decision making. Convert and maintain purchase orders and master data in SAP using current procurement information in collaboration with the Corporate Master Data group. Work cross‑functionally to ensure product shipments to warehouses across the globe occur as planned. Complete initiation of material destruction. Organize data and report metrics to management. Maintain department's business SharePoint and collaboration sites such as Teams. Organize and conduct daily department meetings. Identify opportunities to optimize order management (e.g., order consolidation, order frequency, minimum order quantities). Review and rationalize Bill of Material (BOM) requirements for new and existing products. Coordinate logistics activities, interface regularly with internal and external clients, and resolve issues. Prepare and communicate regular updates to key stakeholders including senior management. Basic Qualifications Bachelor degree OR Associate degree and 4 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of experience. Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets Supply Chain/Planning background and experience (Clinical or Commercial), preferably in Pharmaceutical. SAP knowledge and experience. Issue resolution and problem‑solving skills. GMP experience. Technology Oriented Tech savvy; AI experience or Smartsheet experience will stand out. Strong communicator both written and verbal.
