We are looking for a bilingual receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests, callers, and staff in our office. This long-term opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive front-office experience while keeping daily administrative activities organized and efficient. The person in this role will balance customer-facing interaction with clerical support and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors warmly, guide them appropriately, and provide attentive front-desk support throughout the day.

• Answer and route incoming calls across a multi-line phone system while taking accurate messages and responding courteously to inquiries.

• Coordinate meeting schedules, manage appointment calendars, and help keep office commitments organized.

• Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries, ensuring items are distributed or sent on time.

• Complete routine administrative work such as data entry, document filing, scanning, copying, and record maintenance.

• Monitor inventory of office materials and submit orders to keep essential supplies available.

• Provide clerical assistance to internal team members as needed to support daily business activities.

• Follow established office policies and front-desk security practices to maintain an orderly and secure environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or similar administrative support role.
• Bilingual communication skills with the ability to interact detail orientedly with visitors, callers, and employees.
• Experience handling a multi-line or switchboard phone system in a busy office setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach to customer interaction.
• Ability to manage scheduling, basic office administration, and multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency in general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, copying, and mail handling.
• Dependable organizational skills and attention to detail when following office procedures and security guidelines.
