Base pay range $135,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Green Key Resources Green Key Resources is partnered with a well-established, Texas-based General Contractor that is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead projects in the Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, and Religious sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled PM who excels at managing complex projects, building strong client relationships, and driving project performance from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout Manage field teams, subcontractors, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery Take full ownership of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Handle contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Act as the primary client-facing representative, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication Ensure projects meet or exceed quality, safety, and compliance standards Mentor junior staff and support internal leadership efforts Qualifications 1 0–15 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction Specialized experience in Higher Ed, K-12, and/or Religious facility projects Expert-level understanding of construction financials and cost management Proven ability to lead contract negotiation and administration Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in client-facing roles Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
