Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate of pay include your specific skills, years of experience and other factors.You may be eligible to participate in the Company's Incentive Plan.**BENEFITS INFORMATION:**For information on Sysco’s Benefits, please visit SUMMARY** The Inventory Control Associate maintains the organization, proper rotation, and accuracy of the inventory. This is a hands-on role for inventory control and will work closely with the Quality Control department to minimize shrink.**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Daily cycle counts with perpetual inventory* Daily checks on dated inventory and rotation* Research inventory discrepancies and adjusts variances* Process inventory transfers and other adjustments requested by Merchandising department* Research short sheet discrepancies**QUALIFICATIONS****Education** High School Diploma or G.E.D **Experience** Entry Level Position **Skills*** Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Word and Excel* Basic mathematical operations (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Detail-oriented**OVERVIEW:**Sysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
