Software Engineer, Sr Staff - SAP Financial Applications O&M Lead Join to apply for the Software Engineer, Sr Staff - SAP Financial Applications O&M Lead role at Lockheed Martin What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will serve as one of the Product Owners of an agile development team covering the Operations and Maintenance of our build products. You will be responsible for the following: Designing our O&M structure, processes, and plans to support the business areas Guiding the maintenance of our SAP S4 solution for the Production Operations Working with Lockheed Martin IT business analysts and developers, as well as professional services to accomplish the product team objectives Communicating with stakeholders and product management team to understand their needs Working with other Product Owners to ensure smooth handoff between teams and understanding of cross-team impacts Providing clarity of scope and oversight to a team of analysts and developers to ensure products will satisfy users’ needs Ensuring functionality and products produced by your team are high quality and reliable Clearly expressing Product Backlog items with the team Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and mission Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work next Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed Engaging with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Defense and Space Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr Lockheed Martin Corporation
