LPN II Position

Our client, a leading health system in Garden City, KS, is seeking a LPN II to join their team at St. Catherine Hospital. This role is essential in providing quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Kansas.
• Previous experience in a medical/surgical acute care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Schedule

• Full-time position with day shifts.

Compensation

• $18.90 - $29.24/hour
