Registered Nurse Inpatient RehabilitationOur client, a leading health system in Garden City, KS, is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Inpatient Rehabilitation department at St. Catherine Hospital. This unit specializes in caring for post-stroke and severely debilitated patients, focusing on rehabilitation to help them return home safely.Responsibilities:Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the nursing process in accordance with patient care standards and the State Nurse Practice Act.Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.Requirements:Education: Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.Experience: One year of RN experience; nursing skills and knowledge specific to specialty.Licenses/Certifications: RN License required; current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.Physical Requirements: Medium Work - exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly.Schedule:Full TimeWeekly Schedule: 7am-7pmShift: DayCompensation:$30.58 - $42.99/hourBenefits:Medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision plans.Life insurance.Paid time off (minimum of 14 paid time off days, including holidays annually).Tuition reimbursement.Retirement plan benefits including 401(k) and 403(b).
