Senior Vice President of Clinical Development Opportunity Description

We are in search of a Senior Vice President of Clinical Development for a well-respected leader in Home Health and Hospice services. Candidates must reside in Dallas, TX and this role offers hybrid scheduling including travel requirements. This strategic, collaborative leader will serve as the clinical SME, aligning clinical workflow and compliance solutions with organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with senior leadership experience, ideally in Home Health and Hospice, strong EMR skills, and a track record of innovation and data-driven decision-making. Relocation candidates welcome to apply. Experience with AI and automating processes strongly preferred.

Senior Vice President of Clinical Development Job Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with multi-site senior clinical leadership experience in Home Health and /or Hospice.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage & Medicaid rules and regulations for Home Health & Hospice, PDGM, and OASIS.
  • Collaborative, polished leader with experience presenting to internal and external senior leadership groups and conferences.
  • Tech savvy, innovative, and data-driven; strong EMR skills required. AI knowledge prefered.
Senior Vice President of Clinical Development Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the organizational clinical subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department leaders.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, government advocacy meetings, and key engagements.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify strategies and present roadmaps for clinical and operational improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid (CMS), OASIS, PDGM, HIPAA, and quality rules & regulations.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
