Our outpatient practice is primarily supported by a strong patient base with private medical insurance, allowing us to offer tailored services that meet individual needs. Our team consists of experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, fostering a collaborative environment geared towards achieving measurable success for our patients.Work EnvironmentLocated in the heart of Morristown, NJ, this role offers an onsite work setting where you will engage directly with patients in a professional yet welcoming outpatient office. Our facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and resources to aid in delivering effective treatments. We maintain a work-life balance with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, enabling you to dedicate your expertise to patient care while enjoying personal time.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient, assessing their unique rehabilitative needs.Manage a workload of approximately one patient per hour, ensuring efficient use of time while providing high-quality care.Employ a variety of evidence-based manual therapy techniques to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain.Conduct comprehensive assessments to measure patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols.Facilitate patient education about preventative measures and maintenance of physical health to limit future injuries.Document all treatment processes, patient interactions, and outcomes thoroughly in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, specifically WebPT.Regularly collaborate and communicate with other healthcare professionals to optimize holistic patient management.Encourage and motivate patients through their rehabilitation journeys, supporting them in achieving their functional goals.Patient Population / Client FocusThe primary focus of your care will be on orthopedic outpatient clients, including athletes, active adults, and individuals recovering from injuries or surgical procedures. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient demographic, each requiring tailored solutions to regain their mobility and improve their quality of life through physical therapy.QualificationsA Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.A clean license with no history of disciplinary actions.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.Proficient in conducting evaluations and developing tailored exercise regimens.Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and utilizing innovative treatment strategies.Familiarity with EMR platforms, specifically WebPT, to ensure efficient patient documentation.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
