At Anytime Fitness Framingham, we dont just sell memberships; we change lives. We are looking for a Member Experience Manager (MXM) who is part strategist, coach, and 100% leader. You wont just be "overseeing" a gym; you will be the architect of our members' success stories.

Your Core Impact:
- The "Success Architect": Lead the onboarding journey. Youll use body scans and movement assessments to build the perfect road map for every new member.
- Sales with Soul: You don't "close" people; you "convert" them to a healthier lifestyle using our proven AF Training systems.
- The Trainers Coach: You are the leader of our training staff. Youll manage schedules, inspire their growth, and ensure our "Culture of Care" is felt on every square foot of the purple turf.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Certified Expert: You hold a current PT certification (NASM, ACE, etc.) or can quickly attain one FREE OF CHARGE by working with us!
- The "Framingham Factor": You are outgoing, honest, and thrive in a fast-paced MetroWest environment.
- Tech Savvy: Youre comfortable navigating fitness tech and management software.
- Availability: You understand that fitness happens when our members are off workflexibility is key.
